Our dried porcini mushrooms come from the unspoiled forests of Umbria and Tuscany, where nature reigns supreme and each harvest is the result of careful hand selection. Only the most intact and fragrant porcini are included in our selection, divided into EXTRA Quality and SPECIAL Quality: the former with large slices and an intense white color, the latter perfect for those seeking a full flavor and a bold aroma, always in compliance with the highest standards. The Commercial Quality, less prized, is not part of our offering.
Autumn in the forest offers unmistakable aromas: earthy and sweet notes of undergrowth, hints of resin and moss, a bouquet that remains vibrant even after drying, ready to awaken when rehydrated with water. The rehydration process, simple yet delicate, allows the porcini to regain their meaty texture and full flavor, making them ideal for risottos, pasta dishes, and gourmet creations.
